Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and lead solution reviews
Develop enterprise applications using Microsoft 365 (E5) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio)
Mentor team members and ensure quality standards
Design Power BI dashboards and implement chatbots with Copilot Studio
Build Canvas Apps with SharePoint/Microsoft 365 integration and automated workflows

Experience: 5+ years software development, 3+ years Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Must- Have Skills:

General: Requirements gathering, solution design, Agile/Scrum, testing and troubleshooting, performance optimization
Tools: Github, GitLab, Slack, MiroCommunication: English
Power Automate: Cloud Flows (automated/instant/scheduled), SharePoint triggers, approval workflows, error handling, Microsoft 365 integration
Integration: Microsoft Graph API basics, custom connectors, SharePoint REST API
Administration: Power Platform environment management, governance, DLP policies
Power Apps Canvas: Development and design, Power Fx formulas, SharePoint data sources, responsive UX, form controls and validation
Microsoft 365: SharePoint Online (lists/libraries/permissions), Teams integration, OneDrive for Business, Outlook basics
Copilot Studio: Chatbot development, conversation flows, Power Automate integration, Microsoft 365 connectors
Power BI: Dashboard/report design, DAX calculations, Power Query M, data modeling, Microsoft 365 connectivity

Nice- to- Have:

AI/ML integration
PowerShell, C .NET, JavaScript/HTML/CSS
Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure fundamentals
Japanese language (N3+) and Japanese project experience
Model- driven Apps, Dataverse advanced features
