Senior Process Quality Engineer

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues analyzing tools, and other quality tools.
Conduct process validation, capability studies, and statistical process control (SPC).
Support internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Suppliers to evaluate new materials and technologies.
Lead the development and improvement of Quality Management System (QMS) and process control procedures for production.
Provide technical guidance to Quality team and advise management on quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor and optimize production processes to reduce defects, scrap, and variation.

Education:Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, mechanical automation, chemistry, and material analysis, etcExperience:Fresher or have experience in li- ion battery factory is preferred.Knowledge:Familiar with quality tools on trouble shooting, data analysis.Functional Skills:Fluent English skills on reading and writing, good oral English skill is preferred.
