Senior Product Designer (AI-Powered Product Lab / Startup Studio)

About Us
We&039;re looking for a designer who can make complex products feel simple and beautiful.
OS Research is a startup studio building AI- powered products across multiple industries. We move fast, ship weekly, and use AI tools to work at 2- 3x the speed of traditional teams.
The Role
You&039;ll be the lead designer for 1 (or more) of these 4 products:
OSR Venture Creation Engine
Our flagship product. A website + platform where founders validate startup ideas through structured experiments.

Public website with CMS (brand, content, case studies)
Research & Validation platform (dashboards, experiment tracking, analytics)

InsurTech Platform
A digital insurance platform for enterprise clients. Claims management, SLA tracking, micro transactions.

Admin dashboards
Complex data visualization
Mobile- friendly interfaces

B2B AdTech Platform
A trip- based advertising platform for vehicle fleets. Programmatic ad distribution across moving screens.

Real- time analytics
Advertiser self- serve tools
Campaign management UI

Voice Interface Platform
An AI- powered app that helps users improve their speech through practice and feedback.

Conversation interfaces
Audio/visual feedback systems
Progress tracking

What You&039;ll Do

Build and maintain lean design systems across multiple products
Own the end- to- end design process from scratch: research, wireframes, UI, prototypes, handoff
Run quick user tests and iterate based on real feedback
Create modern, visually pleasing interfaces that users actually enjoy
Collaborate directly with founders and developers (no layers)
Use AI tools to generate options fast, then refine with taste

You Should Be

AI- native. You already use Figma AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Galileo, or similar tools daily. You have opinions about what works.
Strong in both UX and UI. You can map complex user flows AND make them look beautiful. Not one or the other, both.
Visually excellent. Your portfolio makes people stop scrolling. Modern, clean, with attention to detail.
Experienced with AI- powered products. You&039;ve designed apps with AI features — chat interfaces, recommendations, voice, automation. You understand the UX patterns.
Fast without sacrificing quality. You compress 2- week cycles into days. You know when to polish and when to really ship.

Requirements
Must have:

5+ years of product design experience across industries
Experience designing AI- powered or data- heavy applications
Currently using AI tools in your workflow
Portfolio showing both UX thinking and strong visual design
Strong understanding of the whole product development process
Figma expert (components, auto- layout, prototyping, design systems)

Nice to have:

Can implement in Framer or Webflow
Experience with B2B SaaS, InsurTech, or AdTech (or created any app that had more than 10K monthly users)
Motion design / micro- interactions
Some understanding of frontend development or no- code, low- code development.

What We Offer

Starting Salary: 30,000,000 VND gross/month. Can go up to 45,000,000 VND if you pass probation with excellent results
