Senior Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the development of our Campaign & Scan It system — the core platform that powers our clients’ marketing campaigns and automated bill- processing flow. You will take end- to- end ownership of campaign delivery, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, automated, and value- driven. By developing robust campaign core features and optimizing Scan It’s data processing accuracy, you will define the roadmap that maximizes automation, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities

Own the end- to- end delivery of all client campaigns, ensuring quality, scalability, and efficiency.
Lead product roadmaps for both systems:
Scan It: Drive automation, data accuracy, and fraud prevention.
Campaign Tool: Enhance campaign delivery speed, quality, and configurability.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to:
Partner with cross- functional teams — developers, AI engineers, and QCs — to ensure product development aligns with user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Deeply understand evolving client needs and translate them into product strategies.
Share product knowledge to align and influence sales strategies for maximum product- market fit.
Monitor product performance post- launch, analyze adoption data, gather feedback, and continuously iterate to improve user experience and efficiency.
Support campaign configuration to optimize both client and company value.
Drive agile execution through sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Data- driven decision- maker with strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent roles.
Strong business mindset — able to balance client needs, commercial priorities, and product scalability.
Comfortable creating mockups or quick prototypes using low- code or AI- assisted design tools to validate concepts.
Proven experience in marketing technology, campaign management, or automation systems.
Proficient in using AI- powered productivity tools (e.g., drafting PRDs, summarizing insights, or synthesizing meeting notes).
Solid understanding of AI technologies (e.g., OCR, Vision Transformers) and their applications in real- world product workflows.
Hands- on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and iterative delivery practices.
