Senior Project Officer Improved Forest Management And Certification Project (IFMC Project)

Major Function:
The Senior Project Officer (SPO) is technically responsible for supporting the Component Lead and project team in implementing the Component “Improved Forest Management and Certification” (Outcome 1) of the Project.
The SPO will provide technical support to forest owners (forestry companies and smallholder groups) on sustainable forest management and FSC certification for production forests oriented toward the large- timber value chain in Quang Tri Province and Hue City, to ensure that the Project achieves its objectives and targets.
The SPO will take full responsibility for the technical and day- to- day administrative aspects of Outcome 1 under the Project and will ensure close collaboration among WWF projects, partners, and relevant stakeholders
