Senior QC Engineer Automation Focus

Perform risk- based testing to prioritize critical functionalities.
Communicate effectively with cross- functional teams and provide detailed test reports to stakeholders.
Review requirements and provide early feedback to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability.
Design comprehensive test strategies, including manual, API, automation, and performance coverage.
Ensure quality ownership throughout all development stages to support the Scrum Team in achieving the Sprint Goal.
Mentor and support Quality Engineers in testing techniques and quality practices.
Participate in root cause analysis of production issues and recommend preventive actions.
Identify quality metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Execute both manual and automated tests for web and API layers.

Yêu cầu công việc

Hands- on experience in automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, or Appium).
Experience integrating automation with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Solid experience with manual testing, API testing (Postman, Swagger), and test documentation.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Good knowledge of performance testing (K6, JMeter) and test metrics (defect density, coverage, etc.).
Strong analytical, problem- solving, and communication skills.
Experience with database queries (MongoDB, MySQL).
5+ years of experience in software testing
Proactive, ownership mindset, and capable of working independently or mentoring others.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and shift- left testing approach.
