Senior QC Engineer (Manual) - Up To 30mil NET

Actively support the release and deployment cycle by closely collaborating with Product Owners DevOps engineers and related software developers mobile backend and frontend during Agile sprintsAct as the point of contact for product operations and maintenance

Serve as the primary QA QC point of contact for multiple application and web based products including

OVI Students App Web Kids Teens IELTS
OVI Parents App
User and Content Management Portal

Conduct in depth testing of Backend APIs and integration APIs to ensure accurate and seamless data synchronization with the CoreEdu Vhub IT database for OVI product operations
Create and execute test plans test cases and regression testing scenarios based on product requirements and user stories

Monitor daily OVI product support tickets
Communicate effectively with operation teams and ASA stakeholders to maintain smooth product performance user satisfaction and SLA compliance
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues

- At least 3 years of professional experience in testing digital software products and systems (web app, mobile app, APIs)

- Familiarity with online educational or mobile games products is a plus.
- Strong experience in writing test case, test scenarios
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
- Familiarity with database system such as MySQL, Clickhouse
- Strong experience in developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes, policies, and procedures
- Basic knowledge with Cloud (GCP) technologies
- Familiarity with Postman, Superset tool and at least one version control system
