Senior React Native Developer

Implement key features: real- time VoIP calls, chat, push notifications, and CRM data integration;
Collaborate with backend, UI/UX, and QA teams to deliver stable, scalable, and user- friendly applications;
Prepare technical documentation and ensure data protection compliance within mobile modules.
Mentor junior developers and support team members in solving technical challenges;
Design, build, and maintain mobile apps for the Contact Center platform (agent console, supervisor tools, customer support);
Optimize app performance, security, and reliability across different mobile devices and networks;
Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and continuous improvement of development standards;

1, Technical Skills:
- Proficient in mobile architecture patterns;
- Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and app publishing on App Store and Google Play.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSocket, push notification systems, and VoIP SDKs (CallKit, Agora, Twilio, etc.);
- Solid knowledge of performance optimization, offline caching, and memory management;
- Hands- on experience with Contact Center, CRM, or communication apps is a strong plus;
- 4–5 years of experience in React Native;

- Proactive attitude and ownership of project deliverables.
- Ability to mentor, guide, and support junior developers effectively;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across product and engineering teams;
- Strong analytical thinking and problem- solving mindset;
