In- Store Marketing Execution
• Manage in- store POSM, and display materials to ensure consistency and effective execution.
• Execute in- store marketing activities across the store network in line with brand and commercial calendars.
• Coordinate installation, replacement, and removal of in- store materials according to approved timelines.
Store Communication & Coordination
• Follow up with stores to ensure proper execution and timely feedback.
• Act as the key contact point between Marketing and Store Operations for in- store marketing activities.
• Prepare and send clear in- store communication (guidelines, announcements, execution instructions) to stores.
Vendor & Production Management
• Work with external vendors on production, printing, logistics, and installation of in- store materials.
• Manage vendor timelines, delivery schedules, to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Marketing Program Information & Customer Service Coordination
• Provide timely updates to Call Center on any changes related to program details, timelines, or store execution.
• Act as the key contact point for Customer Service / Call Center to ensure accurate and consistent program communication to customers.
• Manage and maintain up- to- date information on marketing programs, promotions, mechanics, and in- store activities.
• Collect customer feedback and issues from Call Center and coordinate with relevant teams for clarification or resolution when needed.
Paperwork & Process Management
• Ensure all documentation complies with internal procedures and approval flows.
• Maintain proper records for budgeting, tracking, and audit purposes.
• Prepare and manage marketing paperwork including purchase requests, contracts, invoices, and payment follow- ups.
Campaign & Performance Support
• Collect store feedback and execution reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Support major campaigns and seasonal activities with effective in- store execution.

Experience & Skills
• Good coordination and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing POSM, vendors, and production processes.
• Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in in- store marketing, trade marketing, or retail marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
Personal Attributes
• Detail- oriented, hands- on, and execution- focused.
• Able to work well under pressure, especially during campaign periods.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Practical mindset with strong problem- solving skills.
Education
• Background in Retail, Trade Marketing, or Merchandising is an advantage.
• College/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Nice to Have
• Familiar with store operations and on- ground execution challenges.
• Experience working in retail chains or multi- store environments.
• Ability to balance brand guidelines with practical store realities.
