The Sales Assistant plays a critical role in assisting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating cross functional teams, and ensuring the sales pipeline follows our company’s service quality standard throughout the sales process.
Role Description
Responsibility
Develop and manage sales kits for strategic sales meetings.
Assist with communicating and following up with potential clients using specific sales scripts, email templates, and company service quality standards.
Coordinate and schedule demo sessions for potential clients.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to implement pre- sales customer service initiatives, such as creating trial accounts and gathering feedback.
Optimize and streamline the sales pipeline to ensure efficient follow- up, timely closure, and adherence to service quality standards.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
Knowledge of biology is preferred
Excellent stakeholder management skills, and computer skills.
At least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
At least 3 years of administrative experience.
Ability to effectively multi- task and manage time efficiently.
