SENIOR SALES ENGINEER

Identify, develop, and secure new project opportunities in electrical/MEP sector
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on- time delivery and customer satisfaction
Provide technical consultation and propose suitable electrical solutions (LV/MV panels, busway, etc.)
Manage the full sales cycle: quotation, negotiation, contract signing, and project follow- up
Support market development activities and contribute to brand expansion initiatives
Maintain and expand existing customer base and key accounts
Track project pipeline, prepare sales forecasts and periodic reports
Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners, Consultants, Main Contractors, and MEP Contractors
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong sales mindset, communication, and negotiation skills
Established network with Developers / Contractors / Consultants is highly preferred
Hands- on experience in LV/MV panels, busway, or electrical systems
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure
Good command of English (written & spoken)
Willing to travel for business
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in project sales (electrical/MEP industry)
