Senior Sales Engineer - Upto 20M Gross (Quận 2 / HCM)

- Identify new markets, visit clients/distributors, verify needs, and prepare quotations.
- Negotiate and build distributor partnerships.
- Follow up with clients, seek new ones, and update CRM.
- Prepare sales and business reports.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly with internal coordination.
- Maintain contact with sales partners, distributors, and suppliers.
- Handle receivables, negotiate, and close contracts.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
- Collaborate across departments to implement business plans.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Age: 25–35 years old
- Willing to travel for domestic and overseas business trips.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in the same position
- Proficient in English communicate (business level).
- University degree or above. Majors in Automation, Machinery, Electronics, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields are a plus.
- Strong business communication skills and professional manners.

- B2B sales experience in the seafood industry
- Outgoing, sociable personality, enjoys meeting and working with people.
- Candidates from the Mekong Delta region are preferred.
- Knowledge in sales management, customer relationship building, basic business operations, import- export, and mechanical concepts.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Solid computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
