JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings and convert leads into customers.
- Prospect, qualify, and build a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Be responsible for managing sales activities, and delivering sales targets.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision- makers and stakeholders in prospective customer organizations.
- Conduct market research and identify potential new customers, industries, and market segments.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, make business plans, business performance reports to the senior management team.
- Stay up- to- date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship- building skills.
- Strong organizational and sales management skills.
- At least 2 years’ B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, printing or paper box industries.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Printing, Packaging, or other relevant fields.
- Energetic, results- driven, and customer- focused with a positive attitude.
- Experience working with large or international customers is an advantage.
