Senior Sales Manager (Corporate)

Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, fostering a positive, high- performance work culture.
Carry out any other duties assigned by your superior.
Report to Director of Sales
Coordinate with the Hotel’s Executive Committee/Department Head, Director of Revenue, Administrative Assistant, and all concerned personnel to ensure that all activities are accomplished.
Coordinate with others to help achieve the company’s goals.
Assist the Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales in establishing a sales plan and budget to reflect the company’s and the hotel’s goals and objectives.
Furnishes monthly sales reports on a timely basis.
Conducts market analysis and devises strategies for generating new business.
Engage in continuous learning through your Individual Development Plan (IDP).
Analyses the sales results and recommends ways to improve or solve the problems.
Develop yourself continuously to become a better executive.
Achieves budgeted room night quotas and average rates set out in the yearly business plan for the hotel.
Interact with clients, guests, government officials, suppliers, and key individuals in the community to promote the hotel.
Communicate effectively with guests.
Direct and supervise Sales Manager, Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator
Represent Dusit’s brand and values at all times. Establish relationships first and foremost and deliver an exceptional guest experience while promoting Thai graciousness.
Understand company rules, regulations, and basic labor laws.
Support initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, loyalty, and retention within the sales department.
Maintains and upgrades communication networks to ensure the hotel has a competitive advantage in information and sales leads.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales.

Strong knowledge of hotel sales strategies, including corporate, leisure, and group sales, as well as experience in managing key client accounts and driving revenue from diverse market segments.
Minimum education of a Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or relevant discipline
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Possesses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
At least 7 years of comprehensive sales and marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position, preferably in hospitality.
Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
