Senior Sales Manager

• Identify market needs and trends through regular Market Surveys and Competitor Research ( sales promotions and activities ) and provide feedback to ADOS
• Ensure that all sales contracts follow the established Hotel Policies & Procedures and are based on sound commercial judgment
• Ensure that all credit and collection procedures that have established by the hotel are implemented following the established Credit Policies & Procedures
• Ensure all group proposals and group agreements are prepared following hotel standards
• Develop and maintain pro- active relationship with potential and current accounts through regular sales calls and in- house entertainment based on business priorities
• Ensure Sales Coordinates continuously add and update the perpetual database of groups, catering and conference leads and to utilize the database for implementation of an efficient and targeted acquisition program
• Coordinates with Sales Coordinator to ensure all in- house groups are handled smoothly
• Pre- qualify and target Key Accounts within assigned territory and develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share
• Systematically and efficiently call on Key Accounts within location and report findings and opportunities to the line management
• Assist line Managementwith planning, implementation and execution of sales & marketing promotional activities
• Arrange and conduct site inspection for potential and key accounts
• Actively pursue business leads received from all sources
• To achieve targets in terms of number of new Accounts acquired, Room Night and Revenue as set by the line management
• Ensure a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales solicitation, telephone contact and written communication. 80% of own time to be dedicated to direct acquisition activities
• To advise and consult with Director of Sales & marketing to obtain highest possible profits in business dealing

Ability to communicate and present
Good English communication
Enthusiastic, hard- working, dedicated to the profession
Proficient in using computers, word, excel
Have at least 2 years working in a similar position at 4- star hotels or higher,
Have organizational skills and planning skills
Male / female aged 25 to 40, good looking
