Our client is a leading multinational company in the packaging industry, currently expanding its business in Vietnam market. We are seeking Senior Sales Management professionals/Head of Sales to drive and support business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Drive team performance to meet defined targets for efficiency, quality, and customer service.
Collaborate with department heads and functional leaders to promote effective cross- functional teamwork.
Control finished goods inventory to ensure stock levels remain within approved limits.
Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable for assigned customers.
Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, promptly addressing and resolving any issues.
Build team engagement, morale, and ongoing professional development.
Identify and develop new customer partnerships while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
Work with sales leadership to implement customer outreach activities and market development plans.
Manage staff performance, including attendance, discipline, training requirements, and recognition.
Support team members in achieving their development objectives in alignment with company goals.
Maintain regular contact with allocated customers to ensure satisfaction and long- term cooperation.
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
Coach, motivate, and encourage employees to perform at their best.
Deliver assigned sales revenue and account targets in line with approved budgets.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales- related projects.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong commercial awareness with a self- motivated, results- oriented mindset.
Hands- on exposure to business analysis, sales, marketing, business development, or product management.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar management role within the packaging
Customer- focused with a proven track record of improving client satisfaction.
Demonstrated ability in data analysis, team leadership, and customer service management.
Fluent in both English and the local language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Capable of identifying and acting on opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability.
