Senior/SQE Engineer – Working In Thai Nguyen

JOB SUMMARY
Manage all suppliers’ quality and compliance activity to meet or exceed all client quality requirements as part of the team.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• New supplier’s qualification evaluation & approval
• Handling the new product quality from the new supplier pre- selection to mass production.
• Communicate with related department to ensure quality requirement are met.
• Monthly meeting organized with supplier for quality performance review, in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
• Manage the customer compliant and providing 8D SCAR report on notification of client complaint.
• Process control plan audit, issue report, follow up non- conformities and ensure improvement and closure of deficiencies found in the audit for approved suppliers.
• Warranty quality issue handling/RMA ( 8D report), and follow up the 8D report till closed

REQUIREMENTS
Experience
At least 5years in Quality management/control working experience in Manufacturing work environment. Work in power tool industry is an advantage.
Bachelor or above degree in Engineering, Mechanical or related field

• A self- starter with a ‘hands- on’ approach
• Good communication, and interpersonal skills

Good the have SQE experience and laser product knowledge;
