Senior Supply Planner (FMCG)

Supply Planner is expected to perform a variety of specific tasks:

Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
Support & build up S&OP/IBP about supply review
Set preferred stock levels and prevent excess inventory
Track inventory of raw materials and advise our purchasing team (if any)
Manage shelf life and do some scenarios about stock at risks
Monitor monthly and weekly production plans, prioritizing certain work orders
Maintain a long- term production schedule/plan, taking into consideration the needs forecasted by the demand planning team.
Analyzing data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
Collaboration with MKT, Factory to manage NPD timeline and Phase in/out innovation. Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Monitor movement of materials through purchasing, storage, production, and retail distribution
Track inventory levels at our distribution centers (DC) and allocate product as needed

Have bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business or Finance
Ability to adapt easily and handle several tasks at one time
Capability to multitask in a fast- paced environment.
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, or database applications
Software proficiency: Expertise in SAP IBP supply chain planning software or similar software and proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Power Point).
A minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience in Supply planning in FMCG industry
Solid analytical skills
Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
