Position Overview:
Diag is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The Medical Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for recruiting and sourcing qualified candidates for various medical positions, including nurses, head nurses, doctor consultants, and lab technician...s (can expand scope of works more for all functions of the company). This position plays a crucial role in supporting Diag&039;s growth and ensuring the acquisition of top talent in the medical field.
Key Responsibilities:
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as nursing schools or medical associations, to generate a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment to ensure a high- quality pool of applicants.
Review resumes and applications, conduct phone and in- person interviews, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to medical talent acquisition.
Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
Do employer branding activities. Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to source potential candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
Implement effective recruitment to attract qualified candidates for various medical positions.

Strong understanding of the medical field and knowledge of various medical positions.
Proven experience in sourcing and selecting candidates using a variety of recruitment methods.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to candidates and hiring processes.
Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
Prior experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in a medical laboratory or hospital / polyclinic setting.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
