What You Will Own
- Global Sourcing: Proactive outreach via ads, social communities, and referrals.
Structured Screening: Conduct initial interviews and apply strict qualification filters.
- Process Automation: Implement workflows to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Brand Advocacy: Strengthen the musician community by communicating the unique el- live lifestyle and opportunity.
- Pipeline Management: Organize waiting lists, CRM data, instrument segmentation, and renewal tracking.
Your Mission
- Turn el- live’s brand strength into a predictable, well- managed talent engine.
- Build a pre- qualified pool of A- level musicians (Singers, Keyboardists, Guitarists,- Drummers, Increase applicant quality while reducing overall hiring time.
- Improve screening quality and reduce leadership interview time through better structure.

- Key Skills: Strong judgment and structured thinking (music industry knowledge is a plus).
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Communication: Confident in engaging with strong personalities and delivering professional rejections.
- Experience: 5+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency scouting.
- Tech- Savvy: Proficient with AI, automation, and modern recruitment systems to scale processes.
