What You’ll Be Doing
We’re a fast- growing company in Southeast Asia, backed by global investors and trusted by parents across the region. Our products are used by families every week, and we’re building toward a platform that can scale globally.
Hiring Execution: Deliver the right hires, on time.
Own full- cycle hiring: plan, source, screen, interview, offer, onboard
Run high- volume hiring across sales, marketing, specialists, and educators
Work directly with Hiring Managers to define success — not just fill roles
Protect candidate experience from first touch to Day 1
Sourcing & Pipelines: Keep the funnel full.
Proactively source via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and communities
Experiment with sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives
Build and maintain ready- to- hire talent pipelines
Data & Improvement: Hire with evidence.
Report weekly/monthly hiring results
Keep clean, accurate data on Base E- hiring
Track speed, quality, and pipeline health — and improve them
Stakeholder & Market Insight: Hire with context.
Advise Hiring Managers on talent availability and trade- offs
Represent the company at recruiting events
Stay sharp on market and hiring trends
Yêu cầu công việc
Proven track record hiring at scale (back office, sales, marketing, educators, specialists, etc.)
2+ years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (EdTech or Tech is a strong plus)
Solid sourcing skills (LinkedIn, CV databases, referrals)
Professional written and verbal communication in English & Vietnamese
Personal laptop required
Business- first thinking, foundation in HR, Business, or related fields
Strong organizational and time- management skills
