Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (FMCG background)

Employer Branding: Initiate and execute employer branding projects (career fairs, social media campaigns, campus recruitment) to position the company as an employer of choice.
End- to- End Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for mid- to- senior level positions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Hiring Partnership: Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and provide market insights on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
Process Improvement: Lead or participate in HR projects related to ATS (Applicant Tracking System) optimization, interview training for managers, and diversity hiring initiatives.
Data- Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (Time- to- hire, Cost- per- hire, Source effectiveness) to optimize the hiring process.
Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Headhunting, Networking) to identify and engage passive candidates.

Skills: * Expertise in advanced sourcing and headhunting techniques.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Tools: Proficient in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms.
Mindset: Proactive, result- oriented, and capable of working in a fast- paced environment with high volume and complex roles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interview and assessment skills (Competency- based interviewing, Behavioral techniques).
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably FMCG background.
