Senior technician (R&D Dept.)

Collecting and reporting information on pest situation, feedback from farmers on the Map’s products and competitor products to the department head
Understand the demands of markets and customer&039;s demands, feedback from farmers on the Map&039;s products and competitor&039;s information, market and report to R&D Manager weekly.
Planning, conducting and reporting trial results
Suggest /develop new solution for sustainable agriculture and help the farmers.
Study trend on Crop protection products (CPP) for short, mid and long term as well as new products of competitors and report to manager.
Enable to finding site to conduct experiments as well as has good relationship with farmers in SE1 region.
Supporting other departments whenever requested
Focus in the developing of new products based on crop, pest, disease and weed trends and the target is to come up with new product innovation.
Good knowledge on the Collective Labour Agreement, company regulations and maintain secrecy on issues related to Map

Skills
Knowledge and education level:Bachelor of Crop protection or relative to Agriculture.
Negotiation
Be able to recognize common pests and diseases
Gathering market information
Problems solving
Work independently
Trial design and conducting field trials, data analysis and write trial report.
Good at Microsoft office
Good communication, presentation
Experience : at least 03 years relative to agriculture, pests and crop protection product
