SENIOR TRADE MARKETING MANAGER

Position Overview
• Lead the development and governance of regional trade marketing strategies for Southeast Asia.
• Ensure consistent and locally adaptable execution across all markets.
• Support markets in deploying high- quality trade programs, POSM, and activation toolkits.
• Strengthen in- store visibility, activation effectiveness, and sell- out performance.
• Manage regional trade budgets, performance KPIs, and cross- market alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Planning & Strategy
• Develop annual and quarterly trade marketing plans, regional trade calendars, and channel strategies (Project, MT, Retail).
• Consolidate market insights and competitor movements to refine trade direction.
Market Coordination & Alignment
• Partner with in- country Marketing Manager and Trade Marketing Executive to localize global toolkits and execute programs effectively.
• Ensure alignment with HQ Sales, Product, and Brand teams.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly performance reviews and drive corrective actions.
Budget & Performance Management
• Monitor trade KPIs (sell- out, visibility, ROI, compliance) and provide regular performance reports.
• Manage regional trade marketing budgets, including planning, allocation, and tracking.
Execution & Program Delivery
• Lead multi- country projects such as new display formats, co- branded programs, and seasonal campaigns.
• Oversee POSM production quality, timelines, and distribution across markets.
• Deploy regional POSM guidelines, merchandising standards, and activation toolkits.
• Proactively align with H.O and local teams for production
• Manage assets and stocks of marketing collateral.
Managements
• Drive continuous optimization in planning, reporting, and execution workflows.
• Develop and enforce trade execution SOPs, reporting formats, and auditing processes.

Qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to apply AI tools is a plus.
• Excellent cross- country coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in channel activation, POSM management, and trade execution.
• 6–8 years of Trade Marketing experience; regional/multi- market experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting trade KPIs.
• Strong strategic planning and hands- on execution ability.
• Willing to have frequent business travel.
• Background in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Home Appliances is a plus.
• Fluent English skill.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
