JOB DESCRIPTION
Research
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Collaborating with Online Insights team to collect customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience.
Design
- Working closely with stakeholders to clarify business requirements, define user flows and feature wireframes.
- Contributing UI elements in design system such as input controls, navigational components and informational components.
- Developing intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for websites and mobile applications across on multiple platforms.
- Optimizing and translating UI designs into style guides, and design patterns.
Development
- Participate in the development process with engineers from hand- off to build, test, release, and maintenance for UI/UX related issues.
