Senior Utility Engineer

Scope of responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Food, Securities and EOSH (Environment, Occupational, Safety & Health) standards
Control, operate and maintan all utility systems, including:
WTP – Water Treatment Plant (RO systems, control of water usage ratio)
Workshop activities: 5S, GMP, and tools management
Power systems (generators, transform, control cabinets: MSB – Main Switch Board, ACB – Air Circuit Breaker, MCB – Miniature Circuit Breaker, MCCB – Molded Case Circuit Breaker, protection systems, power consumption)
Air compressors, chillers (glycol), ventilation systems (HEPA- High Efficiency Particulate Air filters), and air conditioning
Lighting, fire protection systems, and lightning arresters
All utilities and facilities- related activities (operation & maintenance troubleshooting)
Boilers and steam distribution systems; monitor and optimize steam usage (DO, FO, Gas, LN2, CO₂, etc.)
WWTP – Wastewater Treatment Plant (monitor COD – Chemical Oxygen Demand, BOD – Biochemical Oxygen Demand, and discharge standards – Grade A)
Conduct training and refresher training for staff; ensure compliance with ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, etc.
Control and optimize spare parts for utilities and facilities to support cost management
Control of documents, certificates, and licenses (including verification and calibration) in accordance with Red Bull Vietnam, TCP Thailand and VietNam
Operate under Company regulations of ISO, HACCP, GMP requirements
Implement and manage PM – Preventive Maintenance, PdM – Predictive Maintenance, and CM – Corrective Maintenance programs for utilities and facilities
Be responsible for the maintenance and operation of all utilities and facilities

Qualifications:
Age: From 28 years old
Education: Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering (such as Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, Automation…), etc.
Experience:

Strong work ethic with a focus on integrity, safety, compliance, and quality, along with an open mindset and interest in new technologies and industry trends.
Solid knowledge and hands- on experience with utilities and facility systems and equipment.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role within F&B manufacturing facility is preferred.
All utilities and facilities- related activities (familiar with drawing, OEM’s documentation)
Good communication skills in English.

Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday & alternative Saturday
Working Location:
Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
(1.5km from Mien Dong Station, 500m from Thuy Chau park, 500m from Tan Van intersection, 1km from Dong Nai bridge (From Saigon to Bien Hoa Direction)
