Senior Washing Technician Executive Garment

• Maintain wash documentation, test reports, and approval records.
• Ensure wash recipes, parameters, and approvals are followed accurately in bulk washing process to meet customer standard.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in wash processes and cost efficiency.
• Liaise with production, quality, and development teams to resolve wash- related issues.
• Identify & onboard potential washing plant with development team to meet customer required washing standard.
• Coordinate and monitor garment washing processes to meet quality and delivery requirements of bulk production.
• Conduct wash trials, shade consistency checks, and hand- feel evaluations.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and customer requirements.
• Diploma / Degree in Textile, Chemical, or related field will be an added qualification.
• Good knowledge of denim / non- denim wash processes and chemicals.
• Good communication and coordination skills with English language literacy.
• Minimum 4- 5 years’ experience in garment washing or wet processing (apparel industry).
