In charge of driving sales from corporate customers
B2B Acquisition:
Conduct market research to identify potential target businesses.
Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that align with customer needs and the company’s direction.
Build a pipeline of qualified leads and ensure consistent follow- up to maximize conversion rates.
Identify and approach potential business customers through cold calls, emails, and networking.
Negotiate terms of sales agreements and successfully close deals.
Client Management:
Provide exceptional post- sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long- term relationships with existing and new customers.
Address and resolve client inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
Actively track client activity to identify upselling or cross- selling opportunities.
Sales Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including acquisition rates and retention trends.
Use CRM tools to manage client interactions, track pipeline progress, and streamline communication.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Support management with insights and recommendations to improve sales processes.

Ability to work independently and withstand pressure.
Demonstrable track record of over- achieving quota
2- 4 years of experience in Sales B2B experience in the FMCG/Fashion industry
Strong problem- solving ability.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship- building skills
