Service Desk Accountant
Working Time: Shift- based
Work Location: Tầng 3, Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi Hà Nội, Số 272 Võ Chí Công, Phường Tây Hồ, TP Hà Nội
- Morning shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Afternoon shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
(5 days/week; weekend shifts required as assigned by the Head of Department)
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Control & Verification:
Review the daily summary of payments (credit card, e- wallet, bank) submitted by Cashiers and ensure consistency with system records.
Issue VAT invoices for retail customers on a daily basis.
Compare and reconcile credit card, e- wallet, and bank revenues, and record data accurately in the accounting system on a daily basis.
Monitor and control card and e- wallet transaction fees.
Check and verify daily revenue from credit cards, e- wallets, and bank transfers.
Review and confirm the number of credit card slips submitted by Cashiers.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Willing to work on a shift schedule and weekends as assigned by the Head of Department.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of accounting systems (SAP is an advantage).
Experience in the real estate or retail industry (Office Leasing, Shopping Mall, or Hotel) is preferred.

1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
University degree with a major in Finance or Accounting.
