*** Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, calibration, repair, and technical support for our equipment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands- on work, problem- solving, and supporting customers in both onsite and remote environments.
*** Key Responsibilities
• Technical Service: Provide Performing Installation, commissioning, training, application support, maintenance, calibration services and repairs for customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage service schedules, tools, spare parts, and workshop.
• Cooperate and coordinate with team members and other departments, in order to offer solutions that fulfill the customer’s needs
• Ability to be available and on- call 24 hours per day.
• Provide technical support via onsite visits, phone, and email.
• Support internal technical projects when required.
• Willing to work extra hours to complete tasks and fulfilling customer’s needs.
• Coordinate with manufacturers for technical guidance and troubleshooting.
• Prepare and update service reports, calibration certificates, and equipment databases.
