Service Planning - Spare part (Thời vụ 7 tháng)

Weekly/monthly stock allocation to service station/area.
Monthly reports: Supply ratio, Stock holding days, Rotation of goods, Inventory,…and others assigned task.
Do stock planning and analyzing demand based on the trend of historical data by service station/seasons/area.
Work with foreign suppliers for quotation, lead time, checking for specification and essential information of products.
Work with FAC to arrange delivery shipment, follow purchase orders and control delivery time to ensure shipment on time.
Cooperate with Import- Export- Logistic department to support documents checking and handle problems related to shipments such as vessel delay, providing product’s information for customs clearance, and other necessary steps to finish in- bound process.
Follow purchase request from service station to issue oversea purchase order/domestic order request to procurement team.
Summarize, forecast and control domestic/oversea transportation cost, handling and other related fee.

Good 4 skills English (speaking, writing, reading, listening).
Have organization skills which is the tidiness of physical and digital spaces as well as ability to plan, schedule and prioritize work.
More education or experience in a related field & working experience in data analysis, supply chain may be preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & understanding of reporting & data visualization tools such as Business Objects, Power BI, ...is a plus.
Bachelor graduated.
Ability to multitask and willingness to work under high pressure, especially delicate and careful.
