Assist with recruitment, training, and evaluation of kitchen staff as needed.
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation standards, and strict hygiene compliance.
Develop creative dishes and adapt recipes using available kitchen inventory.
Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies while minimizing waste.
Collaborate with the culinary and restaurant teams to plan seasonal menus, special events, and daily offerings.
Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and consistent food preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within all kitchen areas.
Prepare and cook traditional and modern Korean dishes, including banchan and hot dishes.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
Work efficiently in a fast- paced, high- standard hotel kitchen environment.
Yêu cầu công việc
High school diploma or GED; experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
OR
2- year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
