Customer Service Duties
- Builds and maintains good relationship with the team and customers.
- Ensures quality service of food and beverage.
- Supervise the daily operation.
- Maintains customer service standards and follow up with the operation.
- Answering questions from the guests about food and beverages.
Company Duties
- Assists the Manager to supervise, assist the team during daily operation.
- Lead by example, motivated the team to achieve service standards.
- Following the Training Manual
- Insures the area is clean and tidy at all times.
- Maintains hygiene standards.
- Fully in charge during the Manager’s absence.
- Assists the Manager with the team training.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Honest, hardworking, and responsible.
- Team spirit. Leadership skills. Passion for Customer Service.
- Knowledge and interest in Matcha and Japanese tea are preferred.
- Good English communication.
- Friendly and professional customer service skills.
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule and weekends.
- Previous experience in F&B as a Supervisor.
