Work with the marketing team to develop marketing camping for the event.
Identifies market needs and trends.
Meet with guests to show facilities, develop menus, and offer other services such as audio/visual entertainment.
Solicit maximum business from market segments as assigned by the Director of Sales/General Manager when required.
In charge of selling banquets, MICE, negotiating contracts, and dealing with suppliers and clients for bookings and online guest bookings (birthday, anniversary, etc.).
Prepare daily and monthly event sales reports (business negotiating, business confirmed, and business lost; always be aware of the reason for losing business in order to improve for further business opportunities).
To identify business potential and keep close contact with former and potential clients through personal visits, phone calls, and correspondences in view of contract signing (especially in corporate, commercial, and MICE segments).
Achieving a target MICE and banquet revenue.
Follow up to answer questions, address concerns, and secure commitments through signed contracts.
Additional responsibilities assigned by the Director of Sales/Board of Manager.
Follow up after the event to make sure everyone had a great time and to ask about future bookings.

Background in hospitality.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in Sales as MICE/ Banquet Sales Executive/ Manager.
Indeally with a relevant degree or diploma hospitality or tourism management.
Good in problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
