Site Analysis Executive

Responsible for studying and analysing relevant information & data to identify optimal market opportunities, trade areas, sites, & investments, ensuring that the team makes the right decision regarding location selection.
Key Accountabilities:
Market Research & Analysis (70%)

Conduct comprehensive research, gather data about markets, trade areas, sites, and investments to find out potential locations.
Utilize various analytical tools and methodologies to assess and compare potential locations based on predetermined criteria.
Conduct location analysis & provide proposals to support HOD/Team to make informed decisions regarding location selection.

Store Performance Review (10%)

Analyze financial and operational data to assess NSO performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for optimization
Conduct NSO/ store performance analysis vs. the target on a yearly basis.

Data & Reporting (20%)

Complete market reports & potential trade areas of assigned areas.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of site analysis results to support decision- making processes.
Update Store Analog Data.

Skills: Logical thinking, analytical, negotiation, communication, problem- solving
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems/ Data Analysis/ Business Administration/ Finance or a related field
From 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food & beverage/ retail industry
