Site Sourcing & Evaluation
Propose sites that meet the company’s criteria in terms of location, visibility, accessibility, and customer potential.
Actively approach landlords and property owners to identify potential locations within assigned areas.
Coordinate closely with the Site Finding Manager to align on target zones and site acquisition priorities.
Conduct site visits and gather relevant information to support evaluation and decision- making.
Site Negotiation Support
Prepare and submit detailed site proposal reports for internal review and approval.
Conduct preliminary negotiations with landlords on key terms such as rental price, lease duration, and site handover timeline.
Coordinate with the Lease & Service team to ensure a smooth handover of approved sites for contract finalization.
Collect relevant data, market benchmarks, and commercial terms to prepare initial deal terms for the OTL, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company guidelines.
Pipeline & Data Management
Regularly update site information, market observations, and area insights to support planning and reporting.
Stay update competitor movements and market shifts to enhance site acquisition plan.
Build and maintain a database of potential sites in assigned areas, including status tracking and contact records.
Network Development
Represent the company professionally in interactions with external parties and property stakeholders.
Support the team in expanding and managing a network of external partners and brokers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, agencies, and developers to ensure early access to potential locations.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in negotiation and relationship building.
Results- oriented and able to work under pressure to meet site acquisition targets.
Experience in retail, F&B, or property brokerage is a plus but not required.
Good organizational skills for managing site data, updates, and follow- up actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proficient in using MS Office and reporting tools; familiarity with mapping or CRM tools is an advantage.
03+ years of experience in sales, real estate, business development, or site acquisition is an advantage.
Proactive, self- motivated, and able to work independently within assigned zones.
Good understanding of retail location dynamics and market trends.
Strong problem- solving and decision- making skills in a dynamic, fast- paced environment.
Willingness to take business trips in Central region,
