Site Supervisor

Job PurposeOversee daily site operations to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, on budget, and in compliance with technical and quality standards.Key Responsibilities• Supervise and coordinate day- to- day construction/fit- out activities at the job site.• Monitor subcontractors, workers, and vendors to ensure adherence to project plans, safety rules, and quality requirements.• Review technical drawings, site instructions, and material specifications.• Track work progress, report site issues, and propose corrective actions to the Leader/Manager.• Ensure material availability, manage inventory at site, and support procurement follow- up.• Conduct safety checks and enforce HSE standards throughout the project.• Coordinate with internal teams (design, QS, PM) to resolve technical or operational constraints.• Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress photos, and documentation as required.• Support handover procedures and ensure all finishing and closure items meet required standards.• Handle other tasks assigned by the Leader/Manager.
