SMT Line Technician

Maintain a clean and safe working environment according to factory regulations.
Conduct basic machine troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
Monitor machine parameters and ensure stable operation of the SMT production line.
Follow production plans, work instructions, and quality standards.
Perform feeder setup and changeovers for high- mix PCBA production.
Set up and operate SMT equipment including solder paste printer, pick- and- place machines, and reflow ovens.
Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to resolve production issues.

Experience with SMT equipment is an advantage.
Willing to work in shift schedules and overtime when required.
Basic English ability preferred (able to read PCB layout, component labels, and datasheets).
1–3 years of experience in SMT production or electronics manufacturing.
Vocational or technical training in Electronics, SMT, or related fields.
