Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator to create digital media content which would be beneficial to our brand across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of content creation, paid advertising, social media, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.
Requirements:
Strategy & Planning: Develop content calendars, plan campaigns, and brainstorm innovative ideas.
Content Creation: Film, edit, design, and write original content (short videos, photos, graphics, captions) for various platforms.
Trend & Platform Expertise: Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and
competitor activity.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and foster interaction.
Performance Analysis: Track metrics (engagement, reach) and report on
content performance, suggesting improvements.
Content & Social Media
Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and product teams.
Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
Monitor social engagement and respond to comments/messages as needed 1.c)Monitor the trends of the respective social media, aiding the future planning of digital marketing
Create and schedule engaging content for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Online Advertising
Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROI, and suggest improvements
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC, display, or social ad campaigns
Analytics & Report
Prepare weekly or monthly reports on traffic, engagement, and campaign performance
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms to monitor performance
Analyze trends and behavior of audience in respective areas, creating localized reports for future
· Collaboration
Coordinate with other departments for cross- functional alignment
Co- branding collaboration with other brands, to create interesting networking opportunities

Skills:
Knowledge of online safety protocols and local regulations
Familiarity with digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
Strong copywriting skills and understanding of visual branding
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing outlook in Vietnam
Strong editing skills in videos (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro), graphic designing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and photography skills
Working Conditions:
Hybrid or remote work options, available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Standard office hours with occasional flexibility during campaigns or launches
Work may occur outdoors in variable weather conditions
