Social Media Manager

Cadena is looking for an experienced and Social Media Manager to drive sales of our HRM product in Vietnam and the wider Southeast Asia region. In this role, you will leverage Cadena&039;s unique service and product offerings and position Cadena as the vendor of choice within our target markets.
Day- to- day you will:

Set up a regular newsletter.
Work on developing compelling social media content that highlights Cadena’s expertise in HR technology and payroll compliance.
Interact with fans and followers, reply to queries promptly, and monitor customer feedback.
Support with other marketing initiatives (website, events etc.).
Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms.
Manage and grow Cadena’s social media channels.

Your Profile
You have at least 3 years of online marketing management experience and have a degree in marketing communication, social media marketing, public relations or a related field.

Strong command of English language in speaking and writing.
Basic video editing knowledge/experience.
Possess graphic design skills and knowledge of common design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
Self- motivated with strong organizational, planning and problem- solving skills.
Flexible and engaging writing style.
