Software Developer (Backend CRM, Mobile & Web)

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Deploy and manage hosting environments on AWS or Azure
- Develop responsive websites using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks
- Develop, maintain, and improve backend CRM- style applications
- Develop backend services using Node.js or similar technologies
- Provide technical guidance and help lead a development team
- Design, manage, and maintain system databases
- Build cross- platform mobile apps using Flutter (iOS & Android)
- Contribute to project planning, testing, debugging, and optimisation
- Build APIs and system integrations

- Proven experience building backend CRM or business management software
- 2–3+ years of software development experience
- Good working knowledge of APIs, Node.js (or similar runtime), and backend logic
- Strong skills in Flutter (for iOS & Android)
- Ability to design and build databases
- Experience deploying on AWS or Azure
- Strong skills in React, Next.js, or comparable frameworks
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery
- If you know Java Script & manage host/server would be an advance.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience
- Experience in the travel, tourism, or ticketing industry
- Experience working on flight reservation or ticketing systems
- Basic English communication (IELTS 5.0+ equivalent) is an advantage
