Software Development Manager - Game & Web Development (JavaScript/NodeJS, 5+ Years) – Thu Nhập Hấp Dẫn

Be actively involved in game system architecture and content development.
Establish and maintain modern software development practices, including CI/CD and security frameworks.
Develop and implement long- term technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and lead the engineering team to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
Evaluate and adopt new technologies to optimize performance, security, and system operations.
Collaborate with the Management team to support company growth and business development strategies.
Take ownership of team development, including hiring, training, and mentoring technical staff.

At least 5 years of experience in a Technical Manager, Software Development Manager or equivalent leadership role in the Game and Web development industry.
Strong background in game systems, website development (both frontend and backend), and API development.
In- depth understanding of version control, software development lifecycle, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strategic thinking with the ability to innovate and make sound decisions under pressure.
Strong leadership, team management, and problem- solving skills.
Proficient in Mini Game technologies and up- to- date with current industry trends.
Proficient in Jira and other project management tools.
Effective communication and cross- functional collaboration skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); able to communicate effectively with international teams and partners.
Solid hands- on experience in game development, particularly with large- scale projects and a strong game development portfolio.

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
