Responsibilities:
RUN
• Continuous to learn and get updates about technologies and business demands
• Maintain applications: fix bug, update and upgrades application features; migrate security issue
• Supervise application team members to work at quality and standard
LEADERSHIP
• Demonstrate good role- model for team members
• Motivate application team members to develop skills, actively contribute for company success.
BUILD
• Supervise the work quality of vendors in applications project, including ERP.
• Implement new Intranet, Extranet, Document Manager, AI, BI tools
• Designing Enterprise software architecture for Archetype Group.
