Software Engineer (AI Specialist)

Work with databases, optimize queries, and manage data pipelines for AI applications.
Design, develop, and optimize backend systems using Python (Fast API, Flask, Django).
Others Tasks are assigned by Technical Manager.
Maintain and optimize the codebase, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Stay up- to- date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and Python development, making recommendations for continuous improvement..
Build and optimize APIs for AI services, focusing on performance, security, and scalability.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to uphold coding standards and best practices.
Integrate and deploy AI/ML models into backend infrastructure, ensuring efficient inference and scalability.

- Must- have:

Experience working with Vector Databases such as Qdrant, Weaviate, Azure AI Search, etc.
Hands- on experience with AI deployment on Azure AI / AWS AI Services / Google AI. Proficient in Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of Machine Learning / AI and integration into backend systems.
Knowledge of RAG and GraphRAG architectures
Experience working with SQL Server / PostgreSQL / NoSQL databases. Familiarity with Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
2 years of experience in backend development with Python; proven experience as a Python Developer, with a focus on Fast API, Flask, or Django.
Proficiency in Python, OOP, Design Patterns, and RESTful API development.

- Nice- to- have:

Experience with frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Azure OpenAI
Knowledge of big data processing (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Apache Spark).
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, or other AI frameworks.
Strong understanding of backend security best practices.
