Software Solution Consultant

A Service Consultant will be working closely with SOUTH TELECOM sales team to assess customer business and technology requirements and then collaborating with related solution provider(s), SOUTH TELECOM implementation team or implementation partner to come up with overall Service Consultanture, implementation roadmap for the customer. A Service Consultant should play the role of customer’s trusted advisor, to be the essential bridge between customer, SOUTH TELECOM sales team, solution provider, implementation team not only for business applications but also infrastructure, security services to provide complete digital transformation services to the customer, creating a digital platform enabling customer business strategy and operations.
