SOURCING STAFF

GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:- CM’s Document Required, Shipping documents- Order/Arrange SMA & OIL for CMs shipment- Wood origin documents for CMs’ orders (EUDR)- Products drawing, hardware drawings, SMA & Loading chart to CMs/ QACM team- PPM Sample, Sparepart Orders- Arrange transportation goods/sample from CMs to SCVN- Test reports of material suppliers/price quotation of suppliers for CMs in QNH- ISO/ BSCI/SMETA…support for CMs- Carry out other tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager- Monthly reports /payment requestsB. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:Main responsibility:- CM’s Document Required, Shipping documents- Order/Arrange SMA & OIL for CMs shipment- Verify and follow up CMs’ wood documents for every delivery to SCC (EUDR)- Check and send product drawing, hardware drawings, SMA & Loading chart to CMs/ QACM team- Follow up Sample/ Sparepart orders at CMs/update PFD and book sample transportation on time.- Arrange transportation goods/sample from CMs to SCVN- Test reports of material suppliers/price quotation of suppliers for CMs in QNH- Check/follow/give instructions to CMs when they have ISO/ BSCI/customer..audits- Follow up, monitor shipment plan- Carry out other tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager- Monthly reports/ payment requestsC. * Must requirement:
- Ability to communicate professional with people at all levels inside and outside the company.
- At least 02 years working experience in wooden outdoor furniture company, knowledge about production Planning, Import export, EUDR, BSCI, ISO
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- College/Bachelor Degree major in Foreign Trade, Economic, Accounting, Industrial Management, International Business, Business Administration or similar fields

- Systematically approach thinking
- Strong analytics and work in details, good mathematics
- English skill: Reading and understanding English documents, and being able to express themselves clearly vocally in English
- Computer: Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Hỗ trợ cơm giữa ca, cơm tăng ca miễn phí
• Quà Tết âm lịch của Công ty 200.000 đồng/phần, quà công đoàn 150.000 đồng/phần
