At Green Bay, culinary excellence is a defining element of our luxury experience. We are seeking a refined and results- driven leader with a strong luxury hospitality background to oversee all Culinary Department operations, elevate standards, and drive both creativity and profitability.
Reports To: Executive Chef
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage on events, catering, and in- room dining execution
Manage scheduling, payroll efficiency, and workforce planning
Ensure all dishes meet established quality, presentation, and brand standards
Ensure full compliance with fire, safety, health, and company policies
Conduct regular inspections of culinary, storage, and stewarding areas to uphold operational excellence
Monitor guest feedback and continuously refine offerings to exceed expectations
Oversee purchasing, inventory management, storage controls, and supplier coordination
Manage costs effectively while achieving budget and profitability targets
Drive revenue growth through menu innovation, promotions, and elevated dining experiences
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development of culinary team members
Lead and coordinate all Culinary Departments to ensure seamless daily operations
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance

Proven leadership experience within a luxury hotel or high- end resort environment
Deep understanding of international culinary standards and food safety regulations
Strong operational and financial acumen with experience managing multi- outlet culinary operations
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high- performing teams
Professional presence with the ability to engage confidently with guests and senior leadership
