Monitor usage of products.
Perform the full range of massage therapies, body treatments, beauty treatments, and holistic spa services, Ayurvedic treatment and other wellness activities as per Six Senses Spas standards.
Set up the salon and treatment rooms as per standards.
Serve the welcome drink or other menu offerings to the guests when required.
Recommend treatment and products based on lifestyle consultation form and after asking the assessment questions to guest.
Fill in documents / controls / reports for duty (stocks, daily logbook if any, lost & found, guest comments).
Greet guests on arrival and conduct check- in and registration procedures in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names whenever possible.
Adapt to specific guest needs following LQA, Eagle and our protocols
Achieve individual and group targets in sales as required, as well as promoting the upselling of spa treatments, products, packages, special promotions and Visiting Experts Calendar.
Carry out when required stock count, both retail and professional stock.
Maintain the equipment I use in safe conditions.
Request and log stock of supplies necessary for the salon and treatment rooms.
Log all product recommendations to guests.
Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.
Upsell all property facilities and activities.
Knowledge of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line with brand and statutory requirements.
Make sure treatment and salon rooms always have enough supplies as per standards.
Maintain efficient administration within the department preparing and submitting operational reports.
Handle guest complaints and record all guest comments.
Attend meetings and training as required.
Perform any additional tasks given to me by supervisor/management
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the Spa, salon and treatment rooms.
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene.
Ensure the privacy of guests, partners and residential owners, I will apply an extra level of protection to any sensitive personal data and use confidential information only to perform my job.
Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA, Eagle standards.

Up to date with the latest trends in spa and wellness.
Formal education or strong knowledge in anatomy and physiology, massage therapy, and beauty therapy, with qualifications such as NVQ, ITEC, or CIDESCO.
Strong understanding and specialization in beauty products and aesthetic equipment, including specifications, applications, and safe usage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a good command of written and spoken English.
Knowledge and experience in facial, nail, and other beauty technologies required to deliver spa treatments.
Confirm possession of required qualifications, technical skills, and minimum three years of experience in a similar or senior role within luxury spas and health clubs, supported by relevant certifications and diplomas.
