Spa Receptionist

- Reporting any defects, broken equipment or accessories to Line manager
- Ensure that the waiting areas and other open guest area in attractive at all times.
- Dealing with guest complaints
- Answering all guest questions regarding spa offerings, appointment availability, length and cost of treatments and also introduction Health Club benefit
- Promote the Spa and its services to guests Sell services and products and maintain accurate sales records.

- Work hard, responsibility, honesty
- Good knowledge in Spa, Beauty, Health Club industry
- Good English skill in writing and spoken; computer skill
- At least 1 year experience as same position in hospitality industry
- Female under 30 years old, well grooming, Intermediate graduated;
