Spa Trainee

Ensure guests’ needs related to spa services are attended to promptly and efficiently through continuous monitoring and support within the Spa area/ Đảm bảo nhu cầu của khách liên quan đến dịch vụ spa được hỗ trợ kịp thời và hiệu quả thông qua việc thường xuyên quan sát và hỗ trợ tại khu vực Spa.
Report guest feedback or complaints promptly to the relevant supervisors or management team/ Báo cáo kịp thời các ý kiến phản hồi hoặc phàn nàn của khách cho các cấp quản lý.
Maintain a clear understanding of daily booking schedules, update any changes with the Front Office team, and review the next day’s appointments at the end of each shift to ensure proper preparation and timely service delivery/ Nắm rõ lịch đặt dịch vụ hằng ngày, cập nhật các thay đổi với bộ phận lễ tân; kiểm tra lịch hẹn ngày hôm sau vào cuối ca để chuẩn bị đầy đủ và đảm bảo phục vụ đúng giờ.
Observe and support guest comfort throughout treatments by ensuring appropriate room temperature, lighting, and music in accordance with Spa ambiance standards/ Quan sát và hỗ trợ đảm bảo sự thoải mái của khách trong suốt quá trình trị liệu (nhiệt độ phòng, ánh sáng, âm nhạc…) theo tiêu chuẩn không gian Spa.
Check and assist in managing product and supply levels at the beginning and end of each shift; monitor inventory and report to supervisors when replenishment is required/ Kiểm tra và hỗ trợ quản lý số lượng sản phẩm, vật tư đầu ca và cuối ca; theo dõi tồn kho và báo cáo cho cấp trên khi cần bổ sung.
Assist in promoting new treatments and services to guests/ Hỗ trợ giới thiệu, quảng bá các liệu trình và dịch vụ mới đến khách hàng.
Assist in performing spa treatments and services in accordance with established standards. Prepare treatment rooms to ensure cleanliness and tidiness before each appointment/ Hỗ trợ thực hiện các liệu trình và dịch vụ spa theo tiêu chuẩn. Chuẩn bị phòng trị liệu sạch sẽ, gọn gàng trước mỗi lịch hẹn.

Basic English communication skills are an advantage/ Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
Students or fresh graduates majoring in relevant fields (Spa, Wellness, Beauty, etc.) or holding relevant certifications./Sinh viên hoặc mới tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành liên quan (Spa, Chăm sóc sức khỏe, Thẩm mỹ…) hoặc có các chứng chỉ có liên quan.
